Prominent Philadelphia family law and debt relief law firm, Sadek and Cooper Law Offices has added Jennifer Dumin, Esq. to its team as a Senior Family Law Associate, to increase the level and quality of services to our LGBTQ+ clients. Jenn will become a part of our family law practice group in support of Sadek and Cooper’s mission to provide comprehensive legal support to our local communities.
One of Jenn’s key areas of focus will be serving the LGBTQ+ community. As a proud member of that community, Jenn personally understands the value of working with inter-community professionals. Our mutual goal is ensuring Sadek and Cooper Law Offices remains a place where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning individuals in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties receive unparalleled services that match their unique legal situations and needs.
Jenn Dumin comes to the firm after nearly fifteen years of experience as a family law attorney. For over three years, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Therapy Center of Philadelphia, a community-based mental health non-profit that offers a model of healing that serves hundreds of women, transgender, and gender non-conforming clients each year, attending to their identities and experiences of oppression. Jenn has also served the LGBTQ+ community through her work as a mentor for The Attic, an organization that serves LGBTQ+ youth, and as Co-Chair of the Legal Rights of Contemporary Families Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Jenn has been chosen as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for each of the last five years and has been honored by Best Lawyers in America in the area of family law. Further, she has been honored for her exemplary pro bono work by the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania for several years. Jenn embodies the best of Sadek and Cooper’s longstanding tradition of community advocacy and exemplary values.
“When you need a family law attorney, you need someone who understands and truly cares about your situation: a strong advocate who is committed to helping you comprehend, confront, and resolve your legal challenges. I work to make sure that my clients understand how the process works, so that should they need to enter a courtroom they can do so with confidence. I am excited to join Sadek and Cooper, where I will continue to work with a full range of family law clients, with a particular emphasis on providing superlative services to the LGBTQ+ community.”
